Praise be to Allah(SWT) Who said-

Say: Are those who have knowledge equal to those who do not have knowledge? (39:9)

May Allah(SWT) sendHis Mercy and Blessings on His Messenger Muhammad(SAWS) who said-

The one whom Allah desires good for him, Allah gives him understanding of the deen (Islam)

I, Shaykh Abdulilah al-Arfaj, have been given the permission from my Shaykh, Ahmad al-Dogan, a scholar of Hofuf in Saudi Arabia, to teach and certify other students seeking Islamic knowledge.
